No show: if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of your scheduled services will be charged to your card on file. If you are past 20 minutes late, I have the right to consider you a no show and collect a fee. Cancellation: I understand that “life happens!” However when you do not come to your appointment, I do not get paid for the time that I have scheduled to dedicate to you. Please give 24 hours notice when cancelling your scheduled appointment. I will waive one cancellation fee per client but any further cancellations will result in a charge of 20% of your scheduled services in order to reschedule. Frequent cancellers will be required to pay a deposit in order to schedule.
